The process

Six steps, one coordinator, nothing to chase.

Because we manufacture rather than resell, every stage below happens under one roof — and one person owns your order from the first message to the boxes arriving.

  1. 01Day 0

    Send your brief

A message, an email or the form on this page. Tell us the occasion, roughly how many pieces and the date you need them by. If you have a sketch, a reference photo or last year’s piece, send that too — it saves a round of questions.

    What we need

Occasion, quantity, deadline, budget per piece.

    What you get

    A named coordinator and a same-day acknowledgement.

  2. 02Within 1 working day

    Options and a free mockup

We come back with two or three suitable pieces and a digital mockup showing your logo and wording in place. Bespoke shapes are returned as a 3D render so you can judge proportion before anything is tooled. The written price and lead time arrive with it.

    What we need

Vector logo, the wording, names as a spreadsheet.

    What you get

Mockup, itemised quote, confirmed lead time.

  3. 03On request

    Sample or pre-production proof

For larger runs and for anything bespoke we recommend approving a physical sample. You hold the real material, check the engraving depth and the colour, and only then release the full quantity. Any cost or added time is agreed before we start.

    What we need

    Your sign-off on the mockup.

    What you get

A physical piece, or a proof photograph.

  4. 04Production window

    Manufacturing in our workshop

Cutting, casting, engraving, printing and hand-finishing all happen in our own facility in Dubai. Because nothing is subcontracted overseas, a change of wording late in the week is a conversation rather than a crisis.

    What we need

Nothing — your coordinator sends progress updates.

    What you get

Progress photographs at the halfway point.

  5. 05Before dispatch

    Quality check and personalisation

Every piece is inspected, and every name is read back against your list — spelling, titles and Arabic diacritics included. Pieces are then boxed, and labelled by department, table or recipient if that is how you need them on the night.

    What we need

Final name list, and packing preferences.

    What you get

A checked, boxed and labelled order.

  6. 06On your date

Delivery, on the day you need it

Delivered across the seven emirates, or shipped to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain with customs paperwork handled by our logistics partner. For ceremonies we can deliver to the venue and hand over to your events team.

    What we need

Delivery address, contact and access times.

    What you get

Your order, on time, with the invoice and TRN.

Under one roof

Every stage is ours, so every promise is ours.

Design

Concept and 3D visuals

In-house designers who work in Arabic and English, so names and honorifics are set correctly first time.

Tooling

Moulds and cutting files

Made and kept on file, so a repeat order next year is identical and costs less to set up.

Production

Crystal, metal, acrylic, wood

Cutting, casting and forming on site, which is why bespoke shapes are a normal request rather than an exception.

Personalisation

Engraving, print, embroidery

Per-recipient names at no extra charge, with the logo applied — or deliberately left off.

Finishing

Hand polish and inspection

Each piece is finished and checked by a person, not waved through on a line.

Logistics

Packing, kitting, delivery

Boxed, labelled by department and delivered to your office or venue, with GCC shipping arranged.

Indicative only. Your written quote confirms the lead time for your exact specification, quantity and delivery location.

Before you write

A good brief takes two minutes.

None of this is mandatory — a single sentence is enough to start. But the more of it you can answer, the sharper the first quote will be.

Send your brief
  • The occasion. A ceremony, long service, a delegation visit, a conference — it changes what we recommend.
  • How many. A range is fine. Tell us if the quantity might grow, and we will quote the band.
  • The date. The date the pieces must be in your hands, not the date of the event.
  • Budget per piece. The single most useful number. It lets us shortlist honestly instead of guessing.
  • Branded or not. Your logo, recipient names only, or nothing at all — all three are normal here.
  • Artwork, if you have it. A vector logo and the wording. If you only have a PNG, send it anyway.

Process FAQs

The questions that come up mid-order.

Anything else, ask your coordinator directly — you will have their name and number from the first reply.

Who will I be dealing with?

One coordinator, from the first message to delivery. You get their name, direct number and email in the first reply, and they stay with the order even if it runs across seasons.

What does the mockup actually show?

The piece with your logo and wording in position, at the correct proportion, plus the engraving or print area marked. For bespoke work it is a 3D render you can rotate in the PDF we send.

Can I change the wording after approving?

Before production starts, yes, at no cost. Once engraving has begun, changes mean remaking the affected pieces — we will tell you immediately what that costs rather than absorbing it silently.

How do you handle Arabic names?

They are set by designers who work in Arabic daily, and read back against your list before anything is engraved. Send names in a spreadsheet in the exact script you want them to appear in.

What if a piece arrives damaged?

Tell us and we remake it. Everything leaves here inspected and packed to survive transport, but glass is glass — replacements for transit damage are on us.

Do you work with purchase orders and vendor registration?

Yes, including government and semi-government processes. Standard terms are 80% advance and the balance on delivery Based on project, and credit terms are available for approved corporate accounts.

Step one starts here.

Send what you know. A coordinator picks it up, and the mockup follows within one working day.
