Quotations
Nothing on this website is sold from stock and no prices are published: every piece is quoted against your brief. Sending a brief is free and commits you to nothing. A quotation is written and itemised, shows VAT separately, and is valid for the period stated on it. An order exists only once you accept a written quotation.
Mockups and approval
Before anything is made, we send a visual of your artwork, names and wording in position. Production starts only after you approve it, so please check spellings, dates and names carefully: what you approve is what we make. Changes before production begins cost nothing. Once production has started, changes may mean remaking the affected pieces, and we will tell you the cost before we do.
Your artwork and names
By sending us logos, artwork, names or wording, you confirm that you are entitled to have them reproduced. We use them only to quote for, make and deliver your order.
Pictures on this website
Product images are representative. Your piece is made to your own artwork and the approved mockup, and natural materials such as wood, marble and crystal vary from piece to piece. The pictures and text on this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and may not be copied, downloaded or reused without our written permission.
Lead times and delivery
The lead time is stated on your quotation and runs from your approval of the mockup and the start of production. We deliver across the GCC; delivery details and any costs are set out on your quotation.
Payment
Unless your quotation says otherwise, our standard terms are 80% advance and the balance on delivery Based on project. Credit terms are available for approved corporate accounts.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you accept a quotation is the one that applies to that order.
